Parking Rates & Booking Information
Short-term parking
2 hours: $4.00 + HST
Each additional hour: + $1.00
Long-term parking packages:
Includes an assigned parking space Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Week: $40 + HST
Month: $160 + HST
Year: $1,920 + HST
Evenings, weekends, overnight parking, and parking outside 9:00 AM–5:00 PM must be booked separately at the hourly rate.
Member discounts apply to weekly, monthly, and yearly bookings:
Silver: 15% off
Gold: 20% off

Short-term parking is non-refundable.

Long-term bookings cancelled at least 1 day before the start date are fully refundable.

If a long-term booking is cancelled after it has begun, a 50% refund will apply.
