Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: February 24, 2026

This Refund Policy governs payments made for memberships, bookings, and services provided by Wurk Space.

1. Memberships

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew through our payment processor.

  •   A minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice is required to cancel a membership.

  •   Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

  •   No prorated refunds will be issued for partial use of a billing period.

2. Internet Café Usage

Internet Café bookings may be cancelled prior to the scheduled booking time without penalty.

Cancellations made after the scheduled booking time has commenced are non-refundable.

3. Boardroom and Event Space Bookings

For boardroom and event space rentals:

  •   Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking date are eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.

  •   Cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice will receive a 50% refund.

  •   Cancellations made after the scheduled booking time has commenced are non-refundable.

  •   Deposits, cleaning fees, and overtime charges are non-refundable once incurred.

 

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, you must notify us within seven (7) days of the transaction date for review.

5. Discretion

Wurk Space reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will be issued using the original method of payment.
