The Internet Café
The Internet Café Subscription grants approved members non-exclusive access to shared Internet Café areas within WURK SP_CE during posted operating hours.
Eligibility & Approval
• All applicants are subject to an approval process
• Access is granted only after execution of all required agreements
Rate
• $50.00 per month
Included Services
• High-speed wireless internet access
• Complimentary coffee during operating hours
• Use of shared seating areas
Exclusions & Limitations
• No assigned desk or guaranteed seating
• No overnight storage of personal items
• Access subject to capacity, house rules, and operational requirements
General Terms
• Membership is non-transferable
• WURK SP_CE reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violations
Hot Desk Rental
Hot desk rentals provide non-exclusive access to designated workstations on a daily, monthly, or annual basis.
Desk Types
1. Standard seated desk with ergonomic chair
2. Height-adjustable standing desk
Rates
• Standard Desk: $25 per day + applicable taxes
• Standing Desk: $50 per day + applicable taxes
• Monthly and annual pricing calculated based on expected usage and commitment length
Conditions of Use
• Desks are not permanently assigned
• Availability subject to capacity
• Personal property must be removed at the end of each day unless otherwise agreed
Business Registry & Mailbox Service
This service allows approved members to use WURK SP_CE as a registered business mailing address.
Term
• Annual, year-to-year service
Tier 1: Address Use ($50.00 per month)
The Licensee is granted the right to use the WURK SP_CE business address as their registered business address for official purposes, including but not limited to government registrations (including CRA), business correspondence, websites, and online directories. Mail handling is not included. Mail pickup, if permitted, is limited to collection during posted business hours. WURK SP_CE does not provide mail notification, storage, or forwarding under this tier.
Tier 2: Address Use + Mail Handling ($100.00 per month)
The Licensee is granted the right to use the WURK SP_CE business address as their registered business address for official, legal, and commercial purposes.
This tier includes:
• Receipt of standard mail addressed to the Licensee
• Secure on-site mail holding
• Email notification upon receipt
• Occasional mail forwarding, subject to reasonable limits and additional postage costs
Mail must be collected within a reasonable timeframe following notification. WURK SP_CE reserves the right to return or discard mail that is uncollected after notice has been provided. Or returned to sender after a 60-day period.
Tier 3: Address use + Professional Virtual Office Services ($250.00 per month)
The Licensee is granted the right to use the WURK SP_CE business address as their registered business address and is provided with professional virtual office services.
This tier includes:
• Business address use
• Mail receipt, secure storage in a Mail Box (24 hr access), email notification, forwarding (postage billed separately),
• Booking access to workspace and meeting rooms, subject to availability and published rates
Physical access to the Internet Café and shared workspace requires an active Internet Café membership. Virtual office services alone do not grant drop-in or ongoing workspace access.
Limitations applicable to all tiers
• WURK SP_CE does not provide legal representation or agency services
• Mail forwarding, scanning, or extended storage may incur additional fees
• Identification and verification required prior to activation
Boardroom & Meeting Room Rentals
Service Description
Private meeting rooms available to members and the public.
Rates
• Boardroom 1 (Technology-Enabled): $100 per hour + applicable taxes
• Boardroom 2 (Traditional): $50 per hour + applicable taxes
General Conditions
• Bookings subject to availability
• Minimum booking durations may apply
• Users are responsible for damages or excessive cleanup
• External catering subject to approval

Use of the Internet Café
Inclusive of cleaning fee
Expectation is that the space will be returned in the same state that it was provided in.
Extra cleaning fees and damage charges may be charged from time to time as applicable.
Rate (2 Hour Minimum)
• Member Fee $120.00/hr
• Non-Member Fee $200.00/hr
