Booking Services 

Boardrooms 

Boardroom 1 — AV Room - $50/hour + HST
A private, professional meeting room equipped with a wall-mounted display for presentations and virtual meetings. It is ideal for client consultations, team meetings, training sessions and remote hearings. Comfortable seating and high-speed Wi-Fi help keep every meeting productive and connected.
Boardroom 2 — Classic Room - $25/hour +HST
A welcoming meeting space designed for focused conversations and collaborative work. Its comfortable seating and quiet, professional atmosphere make it ideal for client appointments, interviews, small team meetings and planning sessions. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.

Both boardrooms can be reserved in convenient 15-minute increments between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Members enjoy 24/7 access.

Hot Desks 

Standard Hot Desk - $25 / Day + HST
A flexible workspace for members who need a comfortable, professional place to work. Each desk provides access to high-speed Wi-Fi and Wurk Sp_ce’s shared amenities—ideal for focused work, remote meetings or a productive change of scenery.
Ergonomic Hot Desk $50 / Day + HST
A more supportive workspace designed for longer work sessions and added comfort. It offers the flexibility of hot desking with an ergonomic setup, high-speed Wi-Fi and access to Wurk Sp_ce’s shared amenities.

Hot desks are available exclusively to Wurk Sp_ce subscribers, who enjoy 24/7 access.

Parking

Short-Term Parking
Convenient on-site parking exclusively for Wurk Sp_ce users. Reservations begin at $4 for the first two hours, with each additional hour charged at $1, up to 24 hours. Three designated visitor parking spaces are also available for guests visiting Wurk Sp_ce.
Long-Term Parking
Reliable parking for Wurk Sp_ce users who need regular access. Choose weekly parking for $40, monthly parking for $160 or annual parking for $1,920. Silver subscribers receive 15% off, while Gold subscribers receive 20% off long-term parking.

Parking is available only to individuals using or visiting Wurk Sp_ce and is subject to availability. Advance reservations are recommended.
